18k Yellow Gold Cabochon Natural Star Sapphire Ring. The ring features a cabochon cut natural Star Sappire. The sapphire displays a beautiful Asterism (star effect) under the right light (look at pic 6).

This a a large Heavy ring.. They don't make them like this anymore.

The Sapphire is approx 11mm x 13 mm. The ring is hallmarked 18k (look at pic 5) and also has been tested for 18k solid Gold. Size 8 with the sizing balls inside.. Could be larger once removed.
